Do I Need Insulation?

If you answer 'yes' to any of the questions below,
then you probably need to insulate your home.

• Do you have an older home and haven't added insulation in the last ten years - to meet modern standards your loft should have a 270mm (about 10½ inches) depth of insulation. (Pop your head through the hatch and have a quick look!)

• Is your home uncomfortably cold in the winter or hot in the summer – adding insulation creates a more uniform temperature and increases comfort;

• Are you paying excessive energy bills - by properly insulating your walls and loft you could save £200 each year on you energy bills.

• Are you bothered by noise from the outdoors – insulation helps to muffle sound;

• Do the effects of energy use on the environment concern you.

You must have answered 'yes' to one the questions above.
